By accessing or using QR Maker at qr-maker.dev, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses the service.

QR Maker is a free QR code generation and management platform. It allows users to create static and dynamic QR codes, customise their appearance, and view scan analytics for dynamic codes. The service is provided free of charge with no paid tiers or subscriptions.

To create and manage dynamic QR codes, you must create an account using a valid email address or Google sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Each user may create up to 5 dynamic QR codes. There is no limit on static QR code creation.

You may use QR Maker for any lawful purpose. You may not use the platform to:

• Generate QR codes that link to illegal content, phishing sites, or malware

• Distribute spam, scams, or deceptive content

• Violate the intellectual property rights of others

• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform

• Impersonate another person or organisation

• Collect personal data of others without their consent

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination.

QR codes you generate and the content they link to remain yours. You retain full ownership of your content. By using QR Maker, you grant us a limited licence to store and serve your QR code data solely for the purpose of operating the platform.

You are solely responsible for the URLs and content your QR codes point to. QR Maker is not responsible for the destination content of any QR code created using the platform.

Dynamic QR codes use a redirect service hosted by QR Maker. While we aim for high availability, we do not guarantee 100% uptime of the redirect service. If your account is deleted or deactivated, your dynamic QR codes will stop redirecting.

We reserve the right to disable dynamic QR codes that are found to be linking to harmful, illegal, or abusive content.

For dynamic QR codes, QR Maker collects aggregate scan data including total scans, device type, browser, country, and time of scan. This data is made available to the QR code owner through the analytics dashboard. We do not collect personally identifiable information about the people who scan your QR codes.

The QR Maker platform, including its design, code, logo, and brand identity, is owned by QR Maker and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell any part of the platform itself.

QR codes you generate using the platform are yours to use freely for any lawful purpose.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. All your data, including QR codes and analytics, will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, without prior notice in cases of serious or repeated violations.

QR Maker is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

We are not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, or business resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QR Maker and its founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered users by email and update the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of QR Maker after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
